The absurdity of this model is clear. In order to pin the arms, I've had to use three foot long bolt cutters, and seriously large brass rods. The good news is that I am narrowing in on the most exciting part of the build.
mould lines!
That's right, once I have the armor plates attached, I'm going to start removing the visible lines. This way I can ignore mould lines that occur under the armor sections.
Blimey you are a speed machine! Great progress
ReplyDeleteI'm itching to weather this guy, so speed is of the essence. :)
DeleteI have been so lazy, i haven't even noticed you started this build!!!!!! EXCITEment level EXTREME
ReplyDeleteWow. And I thought a tank a week was doing well.
ReplyDeleteHoly crap! I turn around for a couple days and the thing is darn near built, and looking fantastic at that. Awesome work - Go man, go!
ReplyDeleteI once built and painted a chaos reaver in six weeks. I wish you the best of luck with this project (and I do say good choice on the titan power claw, I bought one to make into scenery as it was the most awesome part of the titan. I cannot afford a Warlord [Yet] but would probably go nuts with 3D printed parts)
ReplyDeleteI am so tempted to 3D print stuff to go on this guy. I've got a DLP printer that prints at a quality that is good enough not to ruin the model now. Let's hope I don't go nuts! :)
DeleteCan anyone piont me in the direction of the stl files this is just awesome!!?
