What's On The Painting Table

Sometimes what's on the painting table is amusing. I have nearly finished Sons of Orar for the NOVA Charitable Foundation army raffle, Palm trees for our big Bolt Action game, and cows. Clearly I don't know how to paint cows, but eventually they will look good enough to use in one of our Normandy games.

  1. I've got some warbikers, a warbiker boss, painboy, some grots, various bases, a meka dread, and a morkanaut :).

    2. I've always wanted to fight orks, so I am looking forward to it. I take it your orks will not be fighting for humanity, but on the virtue side right.

    3. Correct. I'm doing nightfighters -Virtue. I'm also playing in trios, so I will probably be dead the first night. But I also got rooms from wednes to monday this time, so can just relax and not worry about things.

I should also be at Mike's BBQ/40k event, once he passes on the info :)

  2. White Scars. So many jetbikes and topknots. Have a month to finish the force for Massacre Year 2...

    1. That is going to be a great force. You must be pretty close to having half of the legions done at this point! I can't wait to see them.

I won't have a new arm done in time for Massacre Year 2, but I do have a load of Sons of Horus additions.

  3. Cows!

    Panda Cows!

We need to play a raid scenario where one of the hazards for the infiltrators is spooking the cows and alerting the defenders.

  4. Very nice! Are you going to be participating in the Narrative again this year?

  5. Yep. Only the night fighter games though. Eight games is too many for me. You'll start seeing my army take shape in a few weeks.
