Ancient 40k models are lumpy, small, and fun. This is just a test model while I figure out which paints are still usable after our move, but it was a blast to paint. So many paints have gone bad though! Painting is a stinky moldy affair right now. Still, this was loads of fun. (Now have to go bleach my brushes)
To bad about the paints, you really have to use them to keep them in shape... sadly the modern paints are not as good as they used to be. I am still using some old citadel paints form the mid 90ths. Hope you sort it out. Looking forward to seeing you back in action.
ReplyDeleteI’m getting there. I have some period correct GW paints that survived the move, so it isn’t a full loss. I’m just so stubborn I want to at least try to make what I have work.
